Central Florida Community Arts

Sr. Director, Marketing and Communications
2023 – Current

The Milk District

Executive Director
2018 – 2023

The Milk District is a diversely dynamic neighborhood for locals that has become a draw for the region and a must-stop for visitors to get to know the city, a hive of creativity and culture in the heart of Orlando. As Executive Director, I work alongside business and property owners, local and state government, and other community members to drive economic activity, physical improvements, and policy and events that provide opportunity to diverse stakeholders.

The Milk District is a Main Street America™ Accredited program.

CFCArts exists to build and serve our community through the arts. In my role, I oversee all marketing, communications, and ticket sales functions of the organization. Since joining the team in March of 2023, I have led an innovative member-centered strategy across all areas that have resulted in dramatically increased membership, ticket sales, and revenue per seat while increasing affordable access to performances.

Bach Festival Society of Winter Park

Patron Engagement Manager
2013 – 2018

The Bach Festival Society of Winter Park is the Central Florida region’s longest-running performing arts organization, hosting an annual choral festival, presenting season, and community choir. As Patron Engagement Manager, I oversaw lifecycle marketing and development relationships, ticketing, and organizational strategy around developing new audiences.
The organization enjoyed 92% of cumulative seating capacity occupied during my tenure.

Mad Cow Theatre

Marketing and Grants Manager
2009–2013

Mad Cow Theatre operated as Downtown Orlando’s foremost professional theatre company where I directed marketing, media relations, and sales operations for a season of 10 plays and musicals, and the annual Orlando Cabaret Festival while leading grantseeking activities focused on institutional funders.
I served on the opening team for a new 2-theatre performance and rehearsal space at 54 W. Church Street, which is now Fringe ArtSpace.
